Where: Workshops take place in our home kitchen in Thornton, Lancashire – full address provided after booking.
What they’ll make and skills: Children will celebrate British Food Fortnight with a fun British Afternoon Tea Party, where they will make a variety of sandwiches, savoury pastry pinwheels, and fresh scones before enjoying their creations together and taking home a box of treats, while learning key skills such as preparing different sandwich fillings, making and shaping scone dough, and using pastry to create savoury bakes, building confidence and independence in the kitchen.
Suitable for ages 4–16 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)
Please confirm who will be attending when booking.
Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
