Time: 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm
£25 per class or £105 for all 5 days
Where: Workshops take place in our home kitchen in Thornton, Lancashire – full address provided after booking.
What they’ll make and skills: Across the week, children will develop a wide range of essential cooking skills. They will learn safe food hygiene practices including handling raw meat and understanding cross-contamination, as well as how to prepare and cook a variety of proteins and vegetable based fillings. They will practise key knife skills when chopping vegetables, fruit, and herbs, and build confidence in preparing fresh accompaniments such as salsas, sauces, coleslaw, and dips.
Suitable for ages 4–16 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)

Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
