Dish: Bruce Bogtrotter’s Chocolate Cake & Trunchball’s Shotput Dough Balls

Time: 10am-12pm
Where: Workshops take place in our home kitchen in Thornton, Lancashire – full address provided after booking.
What they’ll make and skills: Step into the deliciously mischievous world of Matilda! Inspired by the unforgettable chocolate cake scene from the film, young chefs will bake their own mini Bruce Bogtrotter Chocolate Cakes before piling them high with irresistible chocolatey toppings. They’ll also create Trunchbull’s Shot Put Dough Balls.
Suitable for ages 4–12 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)
Please confirm who will be attending when booking.
Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
