What they’ll make and skills: Grab your passport and get ready to kick off our Around the World Summer Scran School with a flavour packed trip to Mexico.
Children will create sizzling chicken fajitas and a vibrant fresh pineapple salsa, combining sweet, zesty and savoury flavours to make the ultimate summer feast. They’ll safely prepare, season and cook their ingredients before sitting down to enjoy their delicious creations.
Along the way, young chefs will develop essential kitchen skills including safely handling raw meat, food preparation, knife safety when slicing vegetables and fruit, seasoning dishes for maximum flavour, and working confidently with fresh ingredients.
Suitable for ages 4–12 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)

Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
