Dish: April Fools’ Cupcakes
Date: Thursday 1st April
Time: 2-4pm
Where: Workshops take place in our home kitchen in Thornton, Lancashire – full address provided after booking.
What they’ll make and skills: Children will get creative in this fun April Fools’ baking workshop, making cupcakes that look just like spaghetti and meatballs! They’ll bake cupcakes, pipe “spaghetti” with buttercream, add edible “meatballs” and sauce, then trick family and friends with their tasty creations. Along the way, they’ll learn simple baking skills, decorating techniques, kitchen safety, and plenty of food inspired fun.
Suitable for ages 4–12 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)
Please confirm who will be attending when booking.
Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
