Dish: Festive Afternoon Tea
Date: Saturday 12th December
Time: 3pm-5.30pm
Where: Workshops take place in our home kitchen in Thornton, Lancashire – full address provided after booking.
What they’ll make and skills: Children will celebrate the festive season with a Festive Afternoon Tea Party, where they will make a variety of sandwiches, sausage rolls, and sweet treats. They will then share their creations together and all will be served on traditional tea stands. Children will learn key skills such as preparing different sandwich fillings, handling meat for their sausage rolls while building confidence and independence in the kitchen.
Suitable for ages 4–12 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)
Please confirm who will be attending when booking.
Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
