Dish: Sausage Rolls & Easter Egg Cheesecakes

Where: Workshops take place in our home kitchen in Thornton, Lancashire – full address provided after booking.
What they’ll make and skills: Children will take part in a fun Easter themed baking class, creating delicious cheesecake-filled Easter eggs. They’ll prepare a creamy cheesecake filling before decorating and filling their chocolate eggs, creating a fun and indulgent Easter treat to enjoy.
Alongside this, they’ll make tasty homemade sausage rolls from scratch, learning how to prepare the filling, work with pastry and shape their rolls ready for baking. It’s a hands-on workshop where children can build confidence in the kitchen while making two delicious Easter favourites.
Suitable for ages 4–12 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)

Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
