What they’ll make and skills:
Children will prepare fresh Thai summer rolls with a rich peanut dipping sauce, safely handling and preparing ingredients while building vibrant, fresh flavours before enjoying their creations. Throughout the session, they will learn essential cooking skills including food preparation, knife safety when slicing vegetables, rolling and assembling summer rolls, and working confidently with fresh ingredients. Please note this class includes peanuts.
Suitable for ages 4–16 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)
Please confirm who will be attending when booking.
Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
