Dish: Lasagne
Date: Sunday 7th June
Time: 10am-12pm
Where: Workshops take place in our home kitchen in Thornton, Lancashire – full address provided after booking.
What they’ll make and skills: Children will prepare a classic lasagne, learning how to layer pasta sheets with a rich tomato sauce and creamy béchamel. They’ll build their dish step by step, adding fillings and finishing with a golden, bubbling top. While they won’t be making fresh pasta in this session, we do offer other classes where they can learn that skill Toxic Waste Pasta | Sunday 18th October
Suitable for ages 4–16 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)
Please confirm who will be attending when booking.
Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
