Dish: Diwali Samosas & Mango Lassi
Date: Saturday 7th November
Time: 10am-12pm
Where: Workshops take place in our home kitchen in Thornton, Lancashire – full address provided after booking.
What they’ll make and skills: Children will celebrate Diwali by preparing delicious samosas and a sweet mango lassi, safely making and filling pastry before cooking until golden and crisp, alongside blending a refreshing mango drink. They’ll explore traditional Indian flavours and ingredient.
Suitable for ages 4–16 years
(children must have started school)
Ages 4–7: parent/guardian must stay
Ages 8+: drop-off allowed (don’t forget to pick them up!)
Please confirm who will be attending when booking.
Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Aprons are provided – but things might get messy!
